تأثير جريمة الفساد في الوظيفة العمومية على النساء الفلسطينيات من وجهة نظرهن

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة التعرف الى تأثير جريمة الفساد في الوظيفة العمومية على النساء الفلسطينيات من وجهة نظرهن، والتعرف الى الفروق في استجابة المبحوثات تبعاً للمتغيرات المستقلة. قامت الباحثة باستخدام بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تطبيق أداة الاستبانة على العينة المتاحة وبلغت (292) امرأة. وخلصت الدراسة نتائج كان من أهمها: أن متوسط الدرجة الكلية لأبعاد تأثير الفساد على النساء الفلسطينيات وظيفياً، واجتماعياً، ونفسياً، واقتصادياً من وجهة نظرهن جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة جداً، بوسط حسابي (4.26)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (0.45)، وبنسبة مؤية بلغت (85). وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالةٍ إحصائيةٍ عند مستوى دلالة (05.0 ≥α) بين متوسطات إجابات المبحوثات حول تأثير جريمة الفساد في الوظيفة العمومية على النساء الفلسطينيات من وجهة نظرهن تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي، ومتغير الحالة الاجتماعية، ومتغير نوع الوظيفة. The study aimed to identify the impact of the crime of corruption in public office on Palestinian women from their perspective and to identify the differences in the respondents’ responses according to independent variables. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method by applying a questionnaire tool to the available sample, which amounted to 292 women. The study concluded with several key findings, the most important of which are: the average overall score for the dimensions of the impact of corruption on Palestinian women in terms of employment, social, psychological, and economic aspects from their perspective was very high, with a mean of 4.26, a standard deviation of 0.45, and a percentage of 85%. There were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of the respondents’ answers regarding the impact of the crime of corruption in public office on Palestinian women from their perspective attributed to the variables of educational qualification, marital status, and type of job.
